Neil, from one pedant to another, do you really mean 'fantastic'?
Helpful as ever, Matthew. I suppose in this context, where many are taken in by the global warming gravy train, and so would think the article 'fantastic' in its precise sense.
Just to clarify, the article is excellent.
I was challenged recently that the IPCC reports are apolitical and without a prior agenda, therefore should not be viewed with presuppositional suspicion. Having thought about it, though they are not party-political, there is an obvious presuppositional agenda: climate change is a brilliant justification for the existence and increasing bloatedness of supra-national bodies like the UN and EU. After all, they're the only ones who can save the world!
That's a very good point, Neil, thank you. I also thought the article was excellent.
